Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Angul for a Unit Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited. The Unit Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the sales operations within the assigned unit to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, driving targets, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company's health insurance products and services to achieve growth and profitability in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Experience in planning, executing, and achieving sales targets, along with developing strategic actions for market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Products: Familiarity with health insurance products, market dynamics, regulations, and customer needs is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, assess performance metrics, and develop strategies for improved results.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
