Counsel employees on healthy eating practices to prevent occupational fatigue and lifestyle-related illnesses. Develop nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels. Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on balanced diet, workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in the OHC to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress for compliance and reporting purposes. Stay updated on best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent. Registered Dietician certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup. Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare. Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
