Role Description

We are seeking a Unit Manager for an on-site, full-time position based in Junagadh City. The Unit Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a designated unit, ensuring targets are met through effective planning and execution. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, guiding and motivating team members to achieve performance benchmarks, monitoring operational efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement. The Unit Manager will also play a pivotal role in upholding adherence to company policies and in developing strategies to boost customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams effectively while managing daily operations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Expertise in business planning, target-setting, and client acquisition—experience in insurance or health domains is an advantage.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, combined with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, ensuring service quality, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. Prior experience in insurance, health, or financial services is beneficial.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to respond to challenges, make data-driven decisions, and adapt quickly to evolving market trends.
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Knowledge of using CRM software, data analysis tools, and other platforms to optimize team productivity.
