Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, organizing tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, discretion, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for the executive.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and routine communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical—ensuring confidentiality.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, reminders, and deadlines to support executive decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for coordination and information sharing.
  • Handle personal tasks delegated by the executive (personal errands, document handling, etc.).
  • Support in event planning, office coordination, and related administrative duties.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may be considered.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,204.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
