About the Company

SmartUp Learning Venture LLP is a growing tuition centre with 100+ trainers and 9 branches across Cochin, Kerala, providing academic support and skill-based coaching for school students. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in day-to-day activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate with branch managers across all 9 branches and collect required updates.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and events as required.
  • Prepare and maintain basic reports, minutes, documents, and files.
  • Assist in follow-ups with staff, parents, and external contacts.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support the Chairman in any administrative or coordination work as needed.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Should be enthusiastic ,detail oriented , flexible and an excellent communicator
