Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, organizing appointments and diaries, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations for the executive or team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Diary Management and scheduling appointments
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing documents and managing correspondence
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools, including MS Office and scheduling platforms
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
