JOB DESCRIPTION – PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Location: Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida (Hybrid Month 1 → Full Onsite)

Role Summary

A high-impact coordination role supporting the Founder across business operations, client engagements, hiring delivery, and essential administrative priorities. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setup and seeks accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Founder calendar, communications & business priorities

· Coordinate client & candidate meetings, travel & events

· Assist with hiring execution — sourcing, screening & scheduling

· Documentation: briefs, minutes, reports & presentations

· Stakeholder management with clients, partners & vendors

· Maintain confidential records and support personal tasks that enable business continuity

Ideal Profile

· 1–3 years in EA/PA/Secretary (Exceptional freshers welcome)

· Strong communication, polished presence & stakeholder maturity

· High accountability, time management & confidentiality

· Comfortable with on-ground execution + extended hours when needed

· Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + performance rewards
