Civil Engineers / Project Managers
Job Purpose:
Lead and manage end-to-end construction, renovation, and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and building codes.
Conduct quality checks and cost control.
Lead site teams (supervisors, workers, subcontractors).
Prepare project reports and update management.
Skills & Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in civil works / real estate projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
