Job Description

As a Support Executive in our dynamic Support department, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and courteous support to our customers. Whether you are a Commerce Graduate with a Management Degree or a fresher looking to kick-start your career as a Junior Customer Support Executive, we welcome individuals with previous customer service experience in a business-to-business setting. Strong communication and keyboard skills are essential for success in this role. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will need to maintain a friendly demeanor, appreciate cultural diversity, and take all necessary actions to resolve customer queries effectively. Reporting to the Assistant Manager Support, you will work in a fast-paced office environment where attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are valued. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and implementation either onsite or over the telephone in a timely and proficient manner. You will strive to resolve queries on the first call, maintain expertise in product knowledge and call handling practices, and uphold the Company's commitment to total customer satisfaction. Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers, negotiating agreements, and gathering market insights will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and other languages. A passion for technology, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges and stretch objectives are highly desirable attributes. You should be a reliable and open communicator, willing to go the extra mile to contribute to the growth of the business.
