Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Service Delivery Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems within the Employee Services - Employee and Labor Relations domain. Your role will involve interacting with peers within Accenture to update supervisors, with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially the work of others. You will work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on specific tasks. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
