What are we looking for? Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to manage and maintain employee data within Workday HCM and deliver accurate reporting and analysis using MS Excel. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and supporting HR decision-making through actionable insights.Required Skills &
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR data administration.Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Core HR, Reporting).Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting; Macros preferred).Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.________________________________________Preferred SkillsKnowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsKey ResponsibilitiesWorkday Data AdministrationoMaintain and update employee records in Workday (e.g., hires, transfers, terminations, organizational changes).oEnsure accuracy and compliance with HR policies and data governance standards.oSupport configuration changes and troubleshoot data-related issues in Workday.Data Analysis & ReportingoExtract, validate, and analyze workforce data from Workday.oDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).oProvide insights on workforce trends, headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics.Compliance & AuditoConduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.oSupport internal and external compliance requirements related to workforce data.Process ImprovementoIdentify opportunities to streamline data management processes.oCollaborate with HR and IT teams to implement automation and efficiency enhancements.
