The Lead – Telecalling Sales & Growth will head the telecalling sales engine driving growth across ETPrime subscriptions, ET Masterclass, and Yoga & Wellness learning verticals.
The role requires a strategic thinker and strong motivator with deep expertise in sales persuasion, communication psychology, and telecalling operations.
The candidate will build scalable sales frameworks, lead large teams, and deliver measurable growth in conversions and renewals.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Communication.
6–12 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / revenue growth, preferably in digital media, learning, or subscription-based businesses.
