At Vismora, we’re building a movement to simplify visa access for all, with 500+ partners Role : - Collaborate with the management team to ensure growth metric - Enrich new B2B partners (travel agencies, corporates, tour companies , MICE) - Create valuable content to educate and move the travel community - Build strong relationships in B2B and convert into long-term partners - Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations (virtual & physical) - Work directly with the founder & leadership on growth strategy You Should Be : - Passionate about business growth and client relationships - Hands on Analytics for growth metrics - A great communicator, fluent in English & Hindi - Confident in sales meetings and negotiations - Self-motivated with a go getter attitude - Prior experience in growth or travel industry is a plus Pay structure 7k per month + Performance incentives Travel Allowance for Physical Meetings Additional PPO for best performers
