Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead (or Assistant Manager) with strong visa process knowledge and team management experience. The ideal candidate will lead a team of inside sales executives, drive revenue growth through B2B sales, ensure smooth client communication, and maintain service excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and ensure that the Inside Sales team achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Train new team members on visa product , sales scripts, and CRM usage. Manage the day to day performance and reporting of the inside sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. Oversee lead allocation, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth visa processing for clients. Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify training needs for the team. Share insights and feedback with management to refine the sales strategy.Requirements: 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the visa/travel industry.
