About the Role We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Counselor to engage with doctors and healthcare professionals, understand their professional development needs, and recommend relevant academic/upskilling programs. The role involves building relationships, presenting program value, and guiding doctors through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and manage outreach to doctors and pitch the assigned upskilling programs Achieve enrollment and revenue targets through structured counseling and follow-ups. Maintain accurate data and interactions in the CRM system. Build long-term relationships with doctors by maintaining trust and credibility.
