Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our marketing and communications team. In this mid-to-senior role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brands message, products, and services. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of design principles, with a focus on both static and motion graphics for digital media. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, infographics, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content. Design logos, promotional materials, presentations, and more for various marketing and advertising campaigns. Video Editing: Edit video content for marketing, product promotions, and educational purposes, ensuring high production value. Produce videos for social media platforms, websites, and internal communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content such as product demos, explainer videos, and client testimonials. Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs and video content. Provide design solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and messaging. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative outputs are in line with Advancells' brand guidelines and reflect our mission and values. Regularly review and update existing materials to maintain a fresh and modern look. Innovation and Creativity: Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and design techniques to continually elevate the quality of work. Experiment with innovative approaches to video and graphic design that resonate with target audiences. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both graphic design and video editing across various platforms (digital, social media, print). Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools. Strong video editing skills, with the ability to handle raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Knowledge of video production processes, from storyboarding to post-production. Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills with an ability to conceptualize and execute ideas effectively. High attention to detail and quality control, ensuring all outputs meet high standards. Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field. Desirable Traits: Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus. A keen interest in digital trends and design innovations. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage projects.
