Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to manage a team of 15–25 Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, improve call efficiency, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–25 Inside Sales Executives.
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs: dialed calls, connected calls, talk time, and conversions.
  • Drive daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance coaching.
  • Create a positive team culture focused on ownership, learning, and results.
  • Work closely with Training, QA, and Recruitment to enhance team productivity.
  • Track and analyze sales data to improve processes and performance.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
  • Support the team by making calls when required and leading by example.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and continuous upskilling of the team.
  • Report daily and weekly performance metrics to Sales Leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3–6 years of overall experience in Inside Sales; minimum 1–2 years in a team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive team targets in a high-volume call environment.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

  • Drive team metrics: 125+ dialed calls, 50+ connects, and 3+ hours of talk time per agent daily.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high team morale and low attrition.
