Job Title: LDR Staff Nurse Work Mode: On-Site Location: India Role Responsibilities Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and recovery phases. Monitor and assess the physical and emotional status of patients. Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management and care protocols. Support obstetrician during labor and delivery processes. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote effective patient outcomes. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions. Provide post-operative care and ensure recovery protocols are followed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs. Assist with prenatal and postnatal patient education. Conduct routine assessments and evaluations of patient needs. Stay updated on best practices in maternal and neonatal care. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in India. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternity or neonatal nursing. Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS). Strong knowledge of obstetrical nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices. Team player with the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations. Adept in patient education and advocacy. Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
