About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can bring our brand to life across various digital platforms. This role calls for someone who understands trends, speaks the language of social media, and knows how to turn creativity into measurable results. Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a clear and compelling social media strategy. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.• Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.• Stay informed about platform updates, tools, and emerging trends. • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions. • Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions in a timely, brand-aligned tone. • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversions. • Build and manage relationships with influencers or collaborators. Requirements: • Prior experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency. • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. • Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. • Analytical mindset with an understanding of data-driven marketing. • A good eye for design and brand consistency. • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles. 2. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the hiring process. 3. Job Descriptions and Postings: Create, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media. Maintain an updated database of open positions and candidate profiles. 4. Compliance and Documentation: Collect and verify candidate documents, including KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data. 5. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment targets, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
