Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager/TL to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager/TL will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for the pet service industry and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Identify and target potential clients in the pet service industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the pet service industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
