Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles. 2. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the hiring process. 3. Job Descriptions and Postings: Create, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media. Maintain an updated database of open positions and candidate profiles. 4. Compliance and Documentation: Collect and verify candidate documents, including KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data. 5. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment targets, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to processes Key Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
