We’re looking for Recruiters with 3+ years of experience who have worked across India and global

talent markets and can manage hiring with speed, quality, and sound judgment.

What We’re Looking For

Core Recruitment Expertise

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions including Tech, Product,

Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support, and Corporate roles.

• Strong exposure to the India talent market, with an understanding of global hiring nuances

(international hiring experience is a plus).

• Ability to manage volume and niche hiring without compromising on candidate quality.

• Proven experience supporting scale-up environments, handling bulk and high-volume

hiring across diverse locations in India while maintaining quality and speed.

Sourcing & Market Intelligence

• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and passive talent

mapping.

• Solid understanding of market compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor

benchmarks.

• Ability to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, not just react to open roles.

Recruiter Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner and influence hiring

managers.

• Sharp screening and assessment judgment.

• Clear, professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate

experience.

• Data-driven approach to hiring metrics, closures, and quality of hire.
