Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.
