Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will not only be responsible for end-to-end recruitment but will also play an active role in training and onboarding new hires. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in talent acquisition and has a passion for learning & development (L&D). Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Responsibilities (70%) Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring panels. Schedule and manage interviews, feedback collection, and offer roll-outs. Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports and dashboards. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Training & Development Responsibilities (30%) Coordinate and deliver onboarding training sessions for new hires. Identify training needs in consultation with department heads. Create basic training content or collaborate with external/internal trainers for module design. Conduct soft skills, HR policy, and compliance training sessions as needed. Track training effectiveness and gather employee feedback for improvement. Maintain training records and assist in preparing L&D reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field 2–5 years of experience in recruitment; exposure to training/L&D preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
