Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
HR operations
, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Handle
recruitment and hiring
processes in coordination with department heads.
Maintain accurate
employee records
, MIS reports, and HR dashboards.
Manage
attendance, leave, WFH, payroll coordination, reimbursements
, and HRMS (Keka or similar tools).
Ensure timely processing of
offer letters, appointment letters, experience/relieving letters
, and other HR communications.
Coordinate
full & final settlements
, asset recovery, and exit formalities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support
performance management
, disciplinary processes, and policy implementation.
Ensure adherence to
company policies, labor laws
, and internal compliance standards.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
HR, Business Administration
, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience
in HR operations and generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of
HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS tools
(preferably Keka).
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
