• Responsible for overall recruitments and man power planning for domestic and
international locations.
• Developing the induction programs for the new recruits.
• Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and
training programs.
• Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant
learning and development of employees.
• Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companys overall
development plan.
• Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the
company and coordinating it with other line managers.
• Handling statutory compliances.
• Performing payroll processing functions involving computation of salary,
preparation of certificates, etc.
• Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining
job positions.
• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or
else internal reference, head hunting.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing
joining Formalities and documentation.
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental
heads
• Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
• Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies &
across the organization at all levels.
• Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
• Tracking attendance, PF records, issue letters, etc
• Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees
• Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together,
picnics & parties and celebrations
• Maintaining ISO pertaining documents
• Handles the department during the absence of Head - HR
