Senior Human Resource Executive

You will be responsible for various HR operations and support activities. Your role will include employee onboarding and offboarding, HR operations support, attendance and leave management, employee benefits and compensation management, compliance and documentation, employee engagement and communication, performance management, reports and data analytics, training and support. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. - Proficiency in using HRMS platforms, preferably Keka HR. - Familiarity with HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
