Coordinate with security agencies during cyber incidents or law enforcement investigations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Telecommunications/Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in ISP, telecom regulatory operations, network management, or legal compliance, preferably as a Nodal Officer. Comprehensive knowledge of DoT, TRAI, and IT Act guidelines. Strong communication skills in Tamil and English. Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Senior Executive with a dedicated focus on Recruitment Sopport, payroll processing and comprehensive statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience managing end-to-end payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all relevant Indian labour laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence within our HR department and ensuring legal integrity across all employment practices. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support ( Approx. 20% of role ) Payroll Management (Approx. 50% of role): End-to-End Processing: Manage monthly payroll cycles for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, benefits, bonuses, and deductions. Data Integrity: Oversee data input related to new hires, terminations, salary revisions, attendance records, leaves, and other payroll-impacting changes. Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct thorough monthly payroll reconciliation, generate required MIS reports, and prepare statutory compliance reports for management review. Queries & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Statutory Compliance (Approx. 30% of role): Provident Fund (PF): Ensure accurate and timely calculation, deduction, and submission of PF contributions, managing monthly ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) filings and UAN (Universal Account Number) management. Employee State Insurance (ESI): Oversee ESI compliance, including registrations, monthly contributions, and adherence to all related regulations. Taxation & Deductions (TDS): Manage TDS related to salaries, ensuring accurate calculation and timely deposit of tax amounts. Other Labour Laws: Ensure compliance with the Payment of Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) as applicable. Audits & Inspections: Coordinate and manage internal and external HR/Payroll audits and government inspections, maintaining all necessary documentation and records meticulously. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in HR roles with significant exposure to payroll administration and statutory compliance within the Indian context. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Zoho People, greytHR, ADP, SAP HR, or similar platforms). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions) are essential for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge Base: Deep and current knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance regulations, and taxation rules related to compensation and benefits. Skills & Competencies Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy is non-negotiable for both financial and legal compliance tasks. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with the utmost discretion and integrity. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and compliance issues effectively. Compensation & Benefits Salary Band: 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 CTC per annum (Commensurate with experience and expertise).
