What You'll Lead

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to identify and understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes and recruitment agencies
• Ensure structured and professional communication with candidates
• Handle recruitment portals - LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc.
• Optimize hiring costs through efficient sourcing channels
• Manage onboarding processes, documentation and background verification
• Execute structured induction programs for new joiners
• Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance formalities
• Oversee handovertakeover documentation

Who We're Looking For

• Graduation in Human Resources Management
• 25 years of experience in Recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and time management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
