Executive/Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose: Finding and attracting qualified candidates for open positions within the organization will be your primary duty as a recruiter. You will closely collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfil the requirement. Your objective will be to find, evaluate, and present applicants who fit the company's culture and meet the necessary requirements Roles & Responsibilities: Calibrate with the hiring managers for better understanding of the job role Source relevant profiles from different recruiting channels Effectively drive the employee referral program Design and advertise job posts for the open positions on social networking platforms Screen resumes and job applications Conduct interviews to filter out suitable candidates for open positions Co-ordinate end to end interview process Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Documentation and Offer negotiation of the selected candidates Process the pre-joining formalities and co-ordinate for the induction process Publish MIS reports as per the process Functional & Technical Skills: Microsoft Outlook/ Word/ Excel skills to be able to document and analyze obtained information/ data from various diagnostic sessions Knowledge of job portals and social media platforms for recruiting Other Requirement: Good Communication Skills Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter Good to have bulk hiring experience with International BPO/ITES organizations Hands-on experience with various recruiting tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster etc.) Familiarity with social media and other professional networks People Skills & Competencies Decision Making skills Planning & Organizing skills Teamwork Time Management Skills Strong decision making & negotiation skills
