Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities. Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates. Requirements: Graduate/PG (Pursuing or Completed) in HR, Management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for recruitment and learning about HR consulting. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with job portals is a plus.
