About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can bring our brand to life across various digital platforms. This role calls for someone who understands trends, speaks the language of social media, and knows how to turn creativity into measurable results. Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a clear and compelling social media strategy. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.• Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.• Stay informed about platform updates, tools, and emerging trends. • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions. • Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions in a timely, brand-aligned tone. • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversions. • Build and manage relationships with influencers or collaborators. Requirements: • Prior experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency. • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. • Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities. • Analytical mindset with an understanding of data-driven marketing. • A good eye for design and brand consistency. • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
