Role: Inside Sales Lead Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time role with Bramasol Shift Timings: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM Shift Job Description: As an Inside Sales Lead, you will play a dual role: actively executing outbound outreach to potential clients while also guiding and mentoring a small team of Inside Sales Associates. Your primary focus is on converting provided lead lists into qualified opportunities through cold calls, emails, and CRM-driven follow-ups. Youll also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and driving consistency across outreach activities in the U.S. market. This role requires someone who thrives on individual contribution, leads by example, and can help others follow a proven processnot build one from scratch. Primary duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Personally conduct outbound calls and emails to cold and warm leads, introducing our SAP-related services. Guide and support Inside Sales Associates in daily outreach execution, ensuring alignment with call/email targets and messaging. Use CRM tools to track performance, manage leads, and oversee the teams activity logging and lead handoffs. Help assess lead quality and ensure qualified leads are transitioned effectively to the Business Development or Sales team. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members to improve their call quality, objection handling, and conversion rates. Assist with onboarding and basic training of new Inside Sales team members. Coordinate with Sales Managers on pipeline status, market feedback, and team performance metrics. Ensure consistency and discipline in daily activity targets: e.g., outbound calls/day, follow-up emails, lead follow-through. Stay current on industry trends, internal offerings, and competitor landscape to provide contextually relevant messaging. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong outbound calling background, with hands-on experience cold calling U.S. prospects. Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior team members. Ability to lead by example with strong verbal communication, objection handling, and follow-up discipline. Results-driven and comfortable working with activity- and outcome-based KPIs. Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard productivity tools. High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability. Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales, ideally in SAP or IT services. Experience with the U.S./North America market. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Apolo io, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Willingness to work U.S. hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST). Positive, coachable attitude with a team-first mindset.
