As an Inside Sales Lead, you will play a dual role: actively executing outbound outreach to potential clients while also guiding and mentoring a small team of Inside Sales Associates. Your primary focus is on converting provided lead lists into qualified opportunities through cold calls, emails, and CRM-driven follow-ups. Youll also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and driving consistency across outreach activities in the U.S. market.
