ABOUT VEGROW Vegrow focuses on matchmaking across demand and supply for fruits, aggregating multiple channels (wholesalers/semi-wholesalers, modern trade, and general trade) in100 cities on the demand side and 30,000+ farmers on the supply side. Through its unique community advisory approach, Vegrow digitally engages with farmers across 400+ production pockets and helps them align with market expectations and get better yield, thereby higher income. Using AI-enabled mobile assessment tools,Velenshelps farmers understand their grademix onthetree itself, empoweringthemto makebetterpricingandharvestdecisions.Werelookingforadriven Inside Sales Lead to scale our mission across India. Role Overview: As the InsideSalesLead, you willbe responsibleforowning andmanagingthe end-to-endsales process driven through tele-calling. This includes monitoring daily activity, refining the pitch based on farmer feedback, tracking performance, and coaching your team to convert leads effectively. Therolerequiresstrongexecution,analyticalthinking,andpeopleleadership,combinedwith an understanding of rural or agri-driven customer behavior. KeyResponsibilities: a) Sales Execution and Funnel Management Own the lead funnel from qualification to conversion Ensure leadsareactioned withindefinedtimelines Improve contact ratesand conversion percentagesthroughprocessdiscipline b) Pitch Quality and Process Improvement

Regularly review call recordings and outcomes
Identifygaps in farmer conversations and improvemessaging Standardize sales scripts and objection-handling approaches c) Performance Tracking and CRM Discipline Monitor daily calling activity, contact efficiency, and closure rates Ensure CRM hygiene, including lead tagging and disposition accuracy Prepare weekly reports with key insights and improvement plans d) Team Management and Development Managea team of 5-10 inside sales executives Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions Set clear targets and ensure they are achieved.

What We're Looking For:
4-6yearsof relevant experience in inside sales, with at least1-2years in a team lead capacity Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, CRM tools and process execution Proficiency in Hindi is amust along with atleastoneregionallanguage fluency (Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu) is a strong advantage. Experience working with rural audiences or agri-tech is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
