Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Lead at Luxora Experiences, you will be responsible for steering the inside sales operations and driving patient acquisition growth. Your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team, coaching them to effectively communicate Luxora's value proposition to potential clients. You will play a key role in building and mentoring the team, ensuring they meet ambitious KPIs and revenue targets while providing a seamless, consultative sales experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and scale a team of inside sales associates to achieve or surpass ambitious KPIs and revenue goals. - Manage and nurture long-cycle, high-ticket sales, specifically focusing on elective medical and luxury travel packages. - Communicate Luxora's unique Vacation + Surgery value proposition, emphasizing trust, personalized care, and convenience. - Oversee the entire sales process from initial consultation to follow-up, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience for clients. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams (CureMeAbroad), and partnerships to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. - Analyze sales performance using data-driven insights, continuously refining playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks. - Uphold Luxora's high standards of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, preferably in industries with long buying cycles and large deal sizes such as luxury travel, healthcare, real estate, or B2B services. - Exceptional English communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and empathy. - Having an American (or Western) accent is advantageous for aligning with target markets. - Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team focused on achieving results. - Proficient in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-value opportunities. - Comfortable working night shifts from the office to align with U.S./UK/Australia time zones. - Based in Pune and available for a full-time, in-person role six days a week.
