The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism. ### *Key Responsibilities* • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international patients (US market). • Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination. • Ensure exceptional service and patient experience throughout the journey. • Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate call and case records in CRM systems. • Work in alignment with global healthcare partners and internal teams. ### *Requirements* • 2–5 years of experience in international calling (US healthcare/medical process preferred). • Strong spoken English with neutral/US accent. • Willingness to work in night shifts. • Empathy, patience, and customer-first approach. • Prior BPO/healthcare calling experience is an advantage. ### *Salary* 3.30 lacs/annum - 6.60 Lacs/annum
