Role Overview: As an experienced BPO executive with a clear American accent, you will be a valuable addition to our patient experience calling team at Luxora. Your responsibilities will include making outbound and attending inbound calls, providing empathetic support, and offering information on doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps for patients from the US and Canada seeking medical care abroad.
