### *About the Role*
We are seeking a *Sales Operations Manager* to drive and scale Luxora Experiences’ digital sales operations. The role involves streamlining sales processes, leading a team, and ensuring consistent growth in the medical tourism sector.
### *Key Responsibilities*
• Develop and implement sales processes tailored to digital lead generation and conversion.
• Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Build, mentor, and manage a sales operations team.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and healthcare partners to optimize conversions.
• Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure accurate tracking of patient/customer journeys.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve sales efficiency.
### *Requirements*
• 5–7 years of experience in sales operations or digital sales leadership.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, travel, or service industries preferred.
• Strong experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage and scale teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
