We’re Hiring: Sales Head – Silver Coins Department

Chotteylal & Sons, a legacy brand since 1950, is expanding its Silver Coins & Bars division and looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead the department.

Role OverviewAs Sales Head, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing sales strategies, and leading a team focused on 999 fine silver coins & bars—one of the fastest-growing segments in the gifting and retail industry.💼Key Responsibilities • Lead and managesales operations for silver coins & bars • Build corporate& retail client relationships • Plan and execute seasonal & festive campaigns (Diwali, Rakhi, Weddings, etc.) • Track sales targets, commission structures, and conversion rates✅Requirements • 2+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in retail, luxury, or gifting industry) • Strong leadership & negotiation skills • Ability to manage team targets and conversions • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)💰Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)📍Location: Pusa Road, DelhiIf you’reready tolead a high-growth vertical in a heritage brand, we’d love to connect!📩Apply by sending your CV to harsh@cldiamonds.in or WhatsApp 9958012254
