Head of Sales Operations

As an operations leader in our growing multi-brand F&B group managing over 150 staff across 3 brands, your role will involve overseeing operations across all outlets to ensure consistency in product and service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring sales performance, profitability, and outlet efficiency. - Managing vendor relations, supply chain, and logistics. - Leading staff training and conducting performance evaluations. To excel in this position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in F&B chain operations or retail multi-outlet management. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on operations leader with a proven ability to scale outlets and maintain efficiency.
