Job Description

As a Head of Sales Operations & Customer Experience at a precision engineering company with a global reach, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities to drive sales execution, customer relationship management, and commercial growth initiatives across international and domestic markets. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for driving sales operations in India and global markets, including North America and Europe. Leading a multi-layered team covering sales, application engineering, sales admin, and international service will be a key aspect of your role. Managing the onboarding of new components and customers while nurturing existing client relationships will be crucial to success. Additionally, you will lead structured customer reviews, forecasting, and annual planning exercises, and navigate technical, quality, and commercial issues with internal stakeholders and customers. Managing sales admin, order fulfillment, inventory planning, and customer service functions end-to-end will also be part of your duties. Traveling internationally (24 trips/year) and domestically as needed is a requirement for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales operations across India and global markets - Lead a team covering sales, application engineering, sales admin, and international service - Manage onboarding of new components and customers while maintaining strong existing client relationships - Lead structured customer reviews, forecasting, and annual planning exercises - Navigate technical, quality, and commercial issues with internal stakeholders and customers - Manage sales admin, order fulfillment, inventory planning, and customer service functions end-to-end - Travel internationally (24 trips/year) and domestically as needed **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years in industrial/engineering sales and customer service - Experience managing high-volume execution and international customer relationships - Strong commercial negotiation skills, including price modeling and multi-year deal structuring - Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering processes - Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills - ERP/CRM systems familiarity preferred - Fluent in English; Indian languages a plus; German/Spanish desirable - Valid visa to USA/UK/EU (minimum validity until 2027),
