Job Description

Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth managers and advisors, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance. Create a positive and motivated environment to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and business performance. Client Relationship Management: Oversee high-net-worth client relationships, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive wealth management experience. Assist team members in managing relationships with clients, offering financial planning, investment advice, and wealth management services. Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure client retention and satisfaction. Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, manage the sales pipeline, and drive growth in assets under management (AUM). Lead the acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with existing clients. Ensure that the team is actively cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services to clients. Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop short and long-term wealth management strategies for the region. Identify opportunities for business expansion and lead initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the team adheres to all regulatory and compliance standards, including KYC, AML, and other relevant guidelines. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on team performance, client portfolio performance, and sales targets to senior management. Provide insights and analysis on market trends, client behaviour, and potential areas for business growth. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the team on financial products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
