Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and manage an inside sales team comprising SDRs, AEs, and CSMs to deliver aggressive revenue targets.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel-from lead generation to deal closure and renewal.
  • Leverage CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo.io, etc.) to monitor performance, track activities, and forecast accurately.
  • Demonstrate strong closing ability in high average order value sales ($10K+).
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine ICPs, GTM strategies, and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Develop and execute data-backed sales strategies to drive predictable growth.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder corporate relationships and navigate internal decision hierarchies effectively.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS inside sales, preferably in healthcare, employee wellness, or insurtech.
  • Demonstrated success as an AE or sales leader owning targets and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing SDR teams, sales operations, and CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to negotiate, close, and manage high-value B2B deals.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and outcome-oriented professional who can create urgency and drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Go-getter mindset with a bias for action and hunger for growth.
  • Master’s degree in Business or Analytics preferred.
