Project Role :Inside Sales Lead
Project Role Description :Execute sales strategy, monitor and analyze sales team results, create action plans to drive improvements. Provide coaching and feedback to sellers. Own Business to Business Sales team achievement of sales related quotas.

Summary:As an Inside Sales Lead, you will execute sales strategy, monitor and analyze sales team results, create action plans to drive improvements, provide coaching and feedback to sellers, and own Business to Business Sales team achievement of sales related quotas. You will play a crucial role in driving sales success and team performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
