Inside Sales Lead

As an Inside Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing the sales strategy, monitoring and analyzing sales team results, and creating action plans to drive improvements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of sales-related quotas for the Business to Business Sales team. You will provide coaching and feedback to sellers, guiding them towards success. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management, you will leverage your expertise to lead the sales process effectively. Your educational qualification of BE MBA will further support you in this role. In this position, you will drive the sales team towards target achievement by being an SME, collaborating with and managing the team, and making critical team decisions. Your role will involve engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions that benefit various teams. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. You must possess proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management, a strong understanding of sales processes, experience in sales negotiations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management and is based at our Bengaluru office.
