Inside Sales Lead

As an Academic Counsellor at the Boston Institute of Analytics, your role will involve sourcing, guiding, mentoring, and advocating for students to help them navigate their educational journeys and achieve their academic as well as career goals. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, utilizing various communication channels such as inbound/outbound calls, social media, email campaigns, and webinars to build a strong pipeline. Additionally, you will develop account penetration strategies and close business deals. Guiding students and parents on career decisions will be a crucial part of your role, along with managing the day-to-day activities of the center and coordinating lectures between trainers and students. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-2 years of Sales or Ed-tech experience, excellent English communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), proficiency in Telugu and Hindi, a Bachelor's degree in any stream, and be located in Hyderabad. Flexibility in shift timings and immediate joining availability are also required. The compensation offered for this role is a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 30,000 along with additional monthly incentives.
