Job Description

The Inside Sales Lead plays a crucial role in executing sales strategies, analyzing sales team performance, and devising action plans to enhance results. You will be responsible for coaching and providing feedback to sales personnel, ensuring the achievement of Business to Business Sales team quotas. As an Inside Sales Lead, you must possess expertise in Sales Pursuit Management. With a minimum of 12 years of experience and an educational background of BE MBA, you are expected to lead the sales team effectively to meet targets. Your responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and contributing to key decisions across various departments. You will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and competitor activities. Key Professional & Technical Skills required for this role include proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management, a strong grasp of sales processes, experience in sales negotiations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
