Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Lead at SaveIN, your primary responsibility will be to drive the go-to-market strategy, build and scale a high-performing sales team, and optimize the sales funnel for the Healthcare SaaS offering. Your role includes owning sales execution, implementing CRM tools, and driving revenue growth from lead generation to conversion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product marketing, customer success, and overall P&L is essential. If you have a successful track record in B2B SaaS sales and thrive in fast-paced environments, SaveIN looks forward to welcoming you to the team! Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the growth marketing team and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to launch and scale the Healthcare SaaS offering. - Implement and manage CRM tools to effectively monitor performance metrics and sales activities. - Create and oversee the lead generation funnel across inbound and outbound channels. - Establish an inside sales unit, recruit, train, and develop a proficient team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). - Ensure seamless sales operations, including lead tracking, forecasting, and reporting. - Continuously enhance Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to conversions and retention rates. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs. - Lead negotiations to close high-value deals and proficiently manage contracts. - Collaborate to drive customer success and boost product adoption. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS inside sales, with a preference for healthcare/employer/insurance SaaS. - In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS market and effective customer acquisition strategies. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. - Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and growth for early-stage companies. - Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. - A Master's degree in business/analytics is preferred.
