Job Description

Job Scope:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through inbound and outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Understand customer needs and align solutions with company offerings.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Customer Engagement & Communication: Conduct virtual meetings and present product/service offerings effectively. Handle objections and negotiate with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer and sales data. Track interactions, follow-ups, and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer insights, and sales tactics.
  • Marketing Support: Support and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Engage with leads generated through campaigns and convert them into qualified opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting techniques, and B2B sales processes.
  • Experience in conducting virtual meetings and presenting product/service offerings.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
